Honey-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 america's cut butterfly pork chops
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 inch gingerroot, grated
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper and set aside while you prepare the glaze.
  2. In a small pan mix honey, cabernet sauvignon, orange juice, oil and ginger heat slowly stiring continuously, until all of the ingredients are well blended.
  3. Cook pork chops on grill 8 mins on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Brush glaze on the chops and grill another 2-4 mins on each side bsting frequently with glaze.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. (note) america's cut is atleast 1 thick.
