Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer and add in 2 eggs.
  2. Mix until incorporated. Add honey and vanilla; blend until smooth.
  3. Add flour and baking soda. Scraping sides of bowl down during mixing. Mix into a thick dough.
  4. Chill dough in freezer for about 2 hours.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool cookies on wire rack.
  6. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
  7. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
