Yet to try. I love honey in baked goods so these sound great to me. Prep time does not include chill time. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup light brown sugar |
2 eggs |
6 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3 1/2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 . Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer and add in 2 eggs. 2. Mix until incorporated. Add honey and vanilla; blend until smooth. 3. Add flour and baking soda. Scraping sides of bowl down during mixing. Mix into a thick dough. 4. Chill dough in freezer for about 2 hours. 5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool cookies on wire rack. 6. Dust with confectioners' sugar. 7. Makes about 4 dozen cookies. |
