Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water , plus
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 3/4 tsp dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan according to the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  2. Select basic bread cycle.
  3. Makes 1 1/2 lb.
