  1. Brown sausage. DRAIN FAT!!!
  2. Break eggs into bowl, add seasonings, if desired. Stir with fork until mixed.
  3. Pour into sausge, stir until set.
  4. Place 1/4 of egg/sausage combo in each of 4 tortillas, top with shredded cheese.
