Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the tenderloins with paprika, thyme,oregano, chili pepper and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste and coat the chicken with the paste.
  3. Heat a little oil in a heavy based pan and add the tenderloins.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes,each side, turning once,until cooked through.
