Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mince garlic.
  2. Shred onion and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon till evenly mixed.
  4. Split into 8 sections.
  5. Use water on hands and form on skewers.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes and up to 12 hours.
  7. Cook them on preheated lightly oiled grill, pan, broil, turning every 2 minutes until completely cooked. 6-10 minutes.
