Greg's Very Best Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces in salad bowl.
  5. Add croutons and 1/8 cup parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour dressing over the lettuce.
  7. Toss and serve.
