Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brush bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan with oil.
  2. Arrange tomato slices in pie pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cottage cheese and oregano.
  4. Slowly pour mixture over tomatoes.
  5. Bake at 375ºF for about 40 minutes.
