Greek Feta and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring 4 quarts water to a boil and lightly salt. Prepare spaghetti following package directions.
  2. Remove 1/4 cup of the cooking water and reserve; drain pasta.
  3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add onion and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring so garlic does not burn.
  6. Stir in tomatoes, oregano and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add wine and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Add feta cheese, spaghetti and reserved water and toss with pepper.
  9. Serve immediately.
