Ingredients:

  • 5 cups uncooked medium egg noodles , # 492476
  • 2 lbs chopped deli ham or 2 cans spam
  • 2 -3 tbsp butter
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • 1 (16 oz) package spinach or 1 (16 oz) package peas
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded farmer john's cheese curds

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, cook noodles in salted water until tender.
  2. In dutch oven stockpot, melt butter; saute deli ham with garlic [or Spam].
  3. Bring to a 9 bubble simmer [med.high heat]; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the spinach or peas, salt and pepper.
  5. Drain noodles, Add to the mixture; toss with cheese gently to coat.
