Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Let sherbet soften slightly in refrigerator.
  2. Turn into electric blender with grape juice and preserves and lemon rind.
  3. Blend on low speed until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Do not let sherbet melt completely.
  5. Turn into ice cube tray without partitions and freeze until firm.
