Very light and very refreshing fruity dessert. Especially good on a hot summer day. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 pint lemon sherbet |
1-1/2 cups grape juice |
1/2 cups grape preserves |
2 tablespoons grated lemon rind |
Directions:
1. Let sherbet soften slightly in refrigerator. 2. Turn into electric blender with grape juice and preserves and lemon rind. 3. Blend on low speed until thoroughly mixed. 4. Do not let sherbet melt completely. 5. Turn into ice cube tray without partitions and freeze until firm. |
