Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 1 quart saucepan combine butter and cream
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter melts about 7 minutes...set aside
  3. In a large mixer bowl... combine sugar and eggs
  4. Beat at medium speed, until well mixed
  5. Add butter mixture, flour, baking powder and salt
  6. Continue beating until smooth ( 1 - 2 minutes)
  7. By hand stir in apples and blueberries
  8. Spread batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan
  9. Bake in a preheated 350' F oven for 45 - 55 minutes
  10. Or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  11. Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream
