Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss greens with a half cup of the vinaigrette and divide between individual salad plates.
  2. Arrange pear slices on top and sprinkle cheese all over.
  3. Top with walnuts and remaining vinaigrette.
  4. To make vinaigrette combine onion, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  5. Add the oil in a thin stream whisking constantly.
