Ingredients:

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 egg
  • topping
  • 1-8 oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar ( i believe there is only 1 size )
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Beat the cake mix, butter and egg together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pat into bottom of Pan, 9x 13 inches
  3. Beat together the topping ingredients.
  4. Pour over cake mix.
  5. Heat oven to 325*. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.
  6. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar over the top after it cools. You can also experiment with other cake flavors. However the lady who gave me this recipe said Chocolate cake mix does not taste good.
