Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread vegetables not mushrooms on a sheet tray, salt, and roast at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Stirring around halfway through cooking.
  2. In the last 10 minutes of cooking add the brioche.
  3. Remove and pour into a large microwave safe bowl.
  4. Add mushrooms, herbs, pepper, and the 2 cups of hot chicken stock.
  5. Mix thoroughly and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
