Ingredients:

  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 cup of mango
  • 2 tblsp flax seed or pumpkin seeds
  • your fovorite juice... i use orange mango or coconut

Directions:

  1. Throw all in a blender and fill to the top with juice and blend!
  2. Nice and cold and sweet, you cant even tell its good for you!
