this is my go to breakfast! lots of energy and glowing skin, and it taste like candy! Ingredients:
1 large carrot |
8 frozen cherries |
1 banana |
1/2 cup of mango |
1/2 cup frozen rasberrys or cranberrys |
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt or greek yogurt |
2 tblsp flax seed or pumpkin seeds |
your fovorite juice... i use orange mango or coconut |
Directions:
1. throw all in a blender and fill to the top with juice and blend! 2. nice and cold and sweet, you cant even tell its good for you! |
