Glazed Baked Papaya

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In small pan combine butter, ginger, coriander and curry powder.
  3. Stir over low heat until bubbly then stir in honey and lime juice and remove from heat.
  4. Slice papayas lengthwise in half then remove seeds and set in baking pan cut side up.
  5. Brush spice butter mixture over fruit and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Baste occasionally until hot then pour remaining mixture into cavities and serve immediately.
