Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the whipped cream with 1 tsp of instant coffee and sugar.
  2. Wash and peel the fruit and cut into small pieces.
  3. Add all the fruit to the creamy mixture.
  4. Pour a little of this mixture into a glass.
  5. Then add a scoop of ice-cream.
  6. Garnish with chopped cashewnuts and decorate with wafer biscuit before serving.
