Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chill condensed milk.
  2. In blender container, combine milk, yogurt, banana, whole strawberries, pineapple with its juice and lemon juice; cover and blend until smooth.
  3. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes, blending until smooth.
  4. Garnish with halved strawberries if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. VARIATIONS-.
  7. Peach Smoothies: Omit strawberries and pineapple.
  8. Add 2 cups frozen or fresh sliced peaches.
  9. Proceed as above.
  10. Key Lime Smoothies: Omit strawberries, pineapple and lemon juice.
  11. Add 1/3 cup lime juice.
  12. Proceed as above.
  13. Tint with green food coloring if desired.
  14. Garnish as desired.
