Frosted Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 bananas
  • 2 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 package. orange jell-o
  • 1 package. lemon jell-o
  • topping
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • small container cool whip

Directions:

  1. In a bowl dissolve jellos together in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water.
  3. Stir in bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.
  4. Pour into a 9x13-in pan and let set overnight.
  5. Next day prepare topping.
  6. In a pan add flour, sugar, butter, egg and pineapple juice.
  7. Cook until thickened.
  8. Remove from heat and cool.
  9. Fold in a small container of Cool Whip and spread on top of the fruit salad.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
