Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover potatoes, celery, and onion with water and seasonings and boil 10-12 minutes till soft.
  2. Toss in any other items in your fridge or cupboard that need to be used up.
  3. In a separate pan, make white sauce by melting butter and adding flour.
  4. Whisk till smooth.
  5. Gradually add milk.
  6. Add cheese and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
  7. Pour into potato mixture and stir well.
  8. Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
