Fresh Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 8 ears corn , remove kernels and juices to core in large bowl
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter , salted

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Pur into greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Do NOT let dry out.
  5. It should be warmed thorugh and creamy!
