Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • cinnimon to taste
  • 8 slice bread

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Dip bread in mixture. Dip soaked bread in plate of flour on both sides.
  3. Place bread in a frying pan that has been warmed and buttered or with oil on it.
  4. Spread toast with cream cheese and then mom's strawberry topping, powdered sugar, and syrup.
