Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Melt butter in large pan over medium heat
  3. Add slices onions, bay leaf and thyme
  4. Carmelize the onion, about 10 minutes
  5. Dissolve boullion cube in 1/2 cup of water and add to pan to deglaze
  6. Let thicken, then add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Remove bay leaf
  8. Fill each cup with mixture and make in oven for 10 - 12 minutes
  9. Sprinkle each cup with grated Gruyere Cheese and melt with a mini torch.
