Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Blend together with or without ice and enjoy.
