Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups wavy cut carrots
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 4 (8 oz) bottles clam juice
  • 1 1/2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Saute onions, garlic, celery, and carrots in stews pot.
  2. Add 4 bottles of clam juice along with tomato sauce.
  3. Simmer for 1/2 hr
  4. Cut fish in cubes.
  5. Add cubed fish fillet and simmer until fish is cooked
  6. Add parsley and tomatoes and serve.
