I got this recipe from Simply recipes. I have added some things and taken away others. I like this recipe because it can even make a poor quality fish into a great dish. I added I used perch, flounder, cod, orange roughy, and tilapia they all work great. Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 cups chopped onions |
2 cups sliced celery |
2 cups wavy cut carrots |

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
4 (8 ounce) bottles clam juice |
1 1/2 lbs fish fillets |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
3 cubed roman tomatoes |
1/3 cup fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. saute onions, garlic, celery, and carrots in stews pot. 2. add 4 bottles of clam juice along with tomato sauce. 3. simmer for 1/2 hr 4. cut fish in cubes. 5. add cubed fish fillet and simmer until fish is cooked 6. add parsley and tomatoes and serve. |
