Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Combine egg, milk & oil.
  3. Add to dry ingredients, stir just until smooth.
  4. Add wild blueberries.
  5. Bake on hot griddle.
  6. Enjoy!
