Ingredients:

  • 1 (28 oz) bag frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and cream cheese.
  2. Stir in thawed corn.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Note: If corn is cold the sauce ingredients will lump up when it's added.
  6. It will melt out smooth again!
