Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together adding enough flour to make into patties.
  2. Do not make them too thick as they will rise during cooking.
  3. Fry until done, turning once or twice. (Cooked just like you would a regular pancake).
  4. Do not let skillet get too hot.
  5. You may also add bits of cooked bacon that have been smashed into bits.
