Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut onions into 1/2-inch slices; separate into rings.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs.
  3. In another shallow dish, combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Dip onion rings into eggs, then coat with cornflake mixture.
  5. Arrange rings in a single layer on greased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 375˚ for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
