Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil sliced sweet potatoes in water until tender. Drain.
  3. In large bowl, blend potatoes until creamy.
  4. Stir in butter, brown sugar, and orange juice to taste and a dash of ground cinnamon.
  5. Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan.
  6. Sprinkle marshmallows over the top.
  7. Bake until golden brown.
