  2. Mix oats, brown sugar and flour.
  3. Using a pastry tool, cut margarine into mix until completely blended.
  4. Press mix firmly into bottom of a 9x13 greased cake pan.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Mix:.
  7. Mix cake mix, egg whites, butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  8. Carefully spread over the oatmeal mix evenly in pan.
  9. (sometimes difficult because mixture is very sticky).
  10. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over top.
  11. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until center is done.
