Ingredients:

  • 12 medium eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Hard boil a dozen eggs, peel and set aside.
  2. Melt butter.
  3. Add flour and mix until smooth as paste.
  4. Add milk slowly while over slow flame.
  5. Blend in cheese and worchestershire.
  6. Chop eggs finely and put into mixture, stirring until well blended.
  7. Serve on top of toast.
