  2. Form into 5 or 6 four-inch ovals.
  3. Thread on skewer and grill 5 minutes until brown, turn and grill other side.
  4. Serve on a bed of watercress.
  5. Profusley sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Accompany with pita bread
