Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drop the pat of butter into a small hot frying pan
  2. Lay the slice of bread in the butter
  3. Break the egg into the centre of the slice of bread
  4. With a fork, break the yolk and spread evenly over the slice
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. When the bread is toasted, turn it over and fry the egg side for 1 or 2 mins.
  7. Try to resist that on an empty belly in the early morn campsite.
