Egg In Tartlet - Italian Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the julienned ingredients with mayonnaise ,season with salt,pepper also mustard .
  2. Place about 40-50gr Italian Salad in each tartlet.
  3. Top with 1 poached egg on the tartlet.
  4. Mask with mayonnaise each egg.
  5. Garnish with lettuce leaves , tommatoes ( section , 2pcs for each tartlet.)
  6. Sprinkle w/ paprika .
  7. Enjoy !
