Easy Southern Mac  Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1-12 oz bag of elbow pasta noodles
  • 2- 8 oz bag of colby jack cheese
  • 1- 8 oz bag of cheddar cheese
  • 1-8 oz bag of monterrey jack cheese
  • 1- 10.75 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1- 10.75oz soup can filled w/ 2% milk
  • 1- 13 x9 inch glass pan

Directions:

  1. Set oven temp to 400 degrees
  2. Boil noodles until tender
  3. Turn stove top off and drain noodles
  4. Pour cooked noodles back into pot on stove top
  5. Mix canned soup and milk in a seperate bowl and pour mixture into pot w/ noodles
  6. Coat noodles w/ soup mixture and pour into 13x9 inch glass pan
  7. Mix in 1 bag of colby jack, 1 bag of cheddar cheese, 1 bag of monterrey jack cheese.
  8. Cover 13x9 inch glass pan w/ foil and bake for 20 minutes
  9. Once baked remove foil, use remaining bag of colby jack cheese and cover top of noodles.
  10. Place dish back in oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until top of cheese is golden brown
