Easy Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well (but gently) in a large bowl.
  3. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
  4. Pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 38 minutes, until dark golden brown. Enjoy!
