Ingredients:

  • easy easy corn i fixed for supper..i mean dinner..
  • 2 big tbsp. butter (suggest no sub)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch mixed well with 1/3 cup cold water.
  • (i pass through a small strainer to avoid any lumps)
  • 1/2 cup cream or half n half

Directions:

  1. Start cooking in a med. size sauce pan over med/low heat stirring
  2. Often. When it starts to thicken transfer it to a lightly buttered
  3. Small casserole. Cook for about 30 mins. at 350 degrees.
  4. Yields 4 servings.
