Easy Crock Pot Brunswick Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 (10 oz) cans chicken
  • 2 (10 oz) cans beef , castleberry's bbq in barbecue sauce
  • 2 (10 oz) cans pork , castleberry's bbq in barbecue sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (18 oz) bottle barbecue sauce (bull's eye hickory smoke)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (15 oz) can potatoes, diced

Directions:

  1. Add onions, chicken, beef, pork, corn, BBQ sauce and hot sauce to a crock pot or slow cooker.
  2. Break up whole tomatoes into chunks and add along with all liquid to mixture.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes to mixture.
  4. Add 2 cups water and stir.
  5. Cover and set cooker on low. Cook for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. Add diced potatoes (drained) and cook for 1 more hour.
  7. Serve with buttermilk cornbread or garlic bread.
  8. If listed brands are not available in your area, use local brands you can find.
