Easy Chipotle Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain ground turkey in separate saucepan.
  2. Sautee vegetables in stockpot.
  3. Add ground turkey to vegetables.
  4. Add beans to stockpot.
  5. Add spices, lime juice and chipotle puree.
  6. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
  7. Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring frequently.
  8. Serve with garnishes of tortilla chips (strips are great), cheese, and a dollop of sour cream!
