Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and bananas.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
