Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) can spam
  • 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed tightly

Directions:

  1. Place Spam in a glass baking dish.
  2. Spread yellow mustard over top and down sides until mostly coated.
  3. Pour brown sugar on top and spread to make a layer over mustard.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
