Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake potatoes in a preheated oven at 450 for 1/2 hour or until done. Peel thinly and dice. (I just make cuts and scoop out in squares) Place in an ovenware dish with cream and butter. Add seasonings. Cook on top of stove for 5 to 10 minutes until it thickens. Sprinkle with cheese and place under the broiler for 3-4 minutes. Serve.
