Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp seasoning salt

Directions:

  1. Turn on broiler.
  2. On a baking sheet, place salmon skin-down.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the salmon.
  4. Spread lemon juice and seasoning over the salmon fillet. There's no need to be exact on these measurements.
  5. Broil for about 10 minutes, until the salmon is done.
