Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar , packed
  • 1 lb bacon

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the brown sugar in a shallow pan.
  3. Add strips of bacon and turn to coat completely in the brown sugar.
  4. Transfer bacon to a broiler rack that fits over a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the bacon until dark golden brown (turning once, about 7-8 minutes a side).
  6. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge or freeze.
